HACCOR

HACCOR (2013)

Set in Post-Apocalyptic Great Britain, HACCOR explores the future of technology, body modification and when it all goes wrong. In this world, Cybernetics have become the latest 'must have' for the general public. However, with people replacing their limbs with cybernetics for want of 'powers', a purist protest group decide to riot against the Cyborgs. The film follows the Prime Minister giving his last broadcast to the public, trying to save what he can of the human race, whilst revealing how the country is now overrun with feral cyborgs. Created on zero budget for a dissertation project, Haccor aims to shock and intrigue viewers with it's outlook on advertising, technology, social issues and the future of holographic spokesmen.
