The urban legend about the haunted railroad tracks in San Antonio where all the kids were killed by an oncoming train. They now push people who park their cars on the tracks over to safety so not to meet a similar demise. Ralph, a wannabe filmmaker, gets a group of friends together to try to discover secrets behind the legend only to find out what the price of fame truly is.
