Based on a short story by Jonathan Ashley, the story begins when two patients at Louisville's Baptist East mental ward meet and discover they have a common foe, their abusive and self-serving psychiatrist. The two concoct the perfect blackmail scheme when they partner up with another patient: a 16-year old girl with proof that the doc has been having a sexual relationship with her. Ending in tragedy and righteous vengeance, this black comedy is loosely based on the author's experiences.
