Once they were best friends: the two transsexual women Cilla and Ilona. However, Cilla's irresponsible lifestyle and, most of all, her skepticism towards Ilona's desire to become a 'real' woman, cause a rift. Director Esther Prade has been following the two for years and along the way discovered that their struggle with life, shows similarities with how she stands in life herself.
